Submitting the booking form or messaging us does not automatically create an appointment. We will confirm availability, the proposed date and the next step directly with you before a booking is agreed.
3. Quotes and vehicle information
Online information and indicative prices are not a binding quotation. The correct work, parts route and price can depend on the exact vehicle, engine, condition, fault findings and parts availability. Please give accurate registration and vehicle details so we can advise properly.
4. Repairs, diagnostics and approvals
Diagnostics and inspection may change the recommended repair route. We will explain the next step and seek agreement before carrying out additional work beyond what has been agreed.
5. Vehicle systems and road use
Any vehicle-system discussion or work is assessed around the specific vehicle and applicable requirements. We do not offer or promote work intended to make a road-going vehicle non-compliant with applicable law.
